Career - Sales Representative (Information Technology)

Sales Representatives (Information Technology) will create customer interest in their organisation's IT products and talk to clients and potential clients to determine the hardware and software needs of their business. They will keep customers informed of new product developments and create appropriate systems for customers' needs, including software and hardware options. They will develop proposals and IT solution cost options for customers and manage the sourcing and delivery of products to the customer. They will be in charge to provide after-sales support and will also participate in product development, marketing and client education activities. They will liaise with IT technical experts, such as analysts, designers, programmers and educators and will continually update own knowledge of products.
