Visa Requirements

The student (subclass 500) visa marks the beginning of an international student's educational journey. This visa is your key, regardless of the college, the course, or the tuition costs. This visa gives you the chance to stay and benefit from an education in Australia for up to five years, starting from the day you enrolled.

However, always make sure your visa is still valid and that you rigorously abide by the rules. The visa application procedure normally takes 17 to 32 days and could occasionally go on for three months. So we suggest that you begin early. Apply at least three months before you want to study in Australia.
