Natural Resource Managers will assess techniques for flora and fauna conservation and will monitor components of the environment, such as soil, water and air. They will develop practical solutions for environmental management and rehabilitation and also develop techniques to ensure the development and use of vital land and water resources is ecologically sustainable.They will undertake plant and animal pest management and bush regeneration activities. They will work with land managers to improve biodiversity on private lands and organise geological, plant and animal research and undertake laboratory work. They will develop resource management policy and work with government and environmental groups and run community education programs.
