Career - Motor Vehicle and Caravan Salesperson

Motor Vehicle and Caravan Salespersons will determine customer needs and advise on suitable vehicle models and accessory options. They will demonstrate to customers the various features of a vehicle and take customers for test-drives, quote or negotiate prices, and advise on warranties, delivery dates and after-sales service. They will take sales orders and prepare contracts of sale and will receive payments and process ownership transfer documents. They will offer and negotiate trade-in prices for vehicles and sell attachments and accessories for vehicles. They will arrange customer finance for vehicle purchases and assist with pre-delivery checks of vehicle operations and also provide evaluations on vehicles.
