Financial Dealer's Assistants will record sales documentation received from clients and other financial institutions and will check the validity of documents and facilitate settlement of financial product transactions. They will issue contract notes and confirmations and will process sales and payments. They will contact share registries and process dividends and will record data and undertake electronic transfer of securities. They will reconcile differences in data from transactions and will manage funding throughout the day.
