Career - Facilities Officer

Facilities Officers will log, analyse and track maintenance requests and will issue work orders to appropriate tradespeople or maintenance officers and will match work orders to invoices and send invoices for payment. They will distribute, archive and coordinate documentation and will conduct routine cleaning inspections with cleaners and facilities managers. They will coordinate recycling and waste management reports and set up meetings, conferences and function rooms. They will collect and distribute mail and suggest initiatives to improve operating practices, such as increasing energy efficiency.
