Career - Debt Collector

Debt Collectors will contact debtors and inform them of debts and will liaise with debtors, clients, process servers and solicitors. They will provide information on debts and will prepare summonses and statements of claim for filing at court. They will locate debtors and convey demand for payment and will put a settlement proposal or alternative payment arrangement to the debtor and will sight, inspect or recover a security interest.
