Career - Community Services Case Manager

Community Services Case Managers will act as a point of contact between clients and community or government services. They will conduct individual or family case interviews to identify clients' circumstances and requirements and write case reports and make recommendations on the most appropriate services available for clients. They will assist in the provision of such services or refer clients to other community organisations that may be able to provide more appropriate services.
