The University of Guelph offers over 100 graduate programs at the Masters and Doctoral level. Students interested in graduate studies have access to programs ranging from the natural and physical sciences to engineering, social sciences, humanities, business, art, agriculture and veterinary science.
Established in 1970, The Arboretum is home to more than 2000 different taxa of woody plants, organized into collections that include a synoptic World of Trees collection, as well as a Native Trees of Ontario collection, and noteworthy collections of Oaks and Beeches, Maples, and Conifers. It encompasses 400 acres of plant collections, gardens, walking trails, natural woodlands, wetlands, and meadows. Adjacent to the universitys main campus, The Arboretum is free to the public and open dawn until dusk.
Guelph’s main campus is located on 350 hectares of land in the heart of Guelph, Ontario.
