A club sport is a student organization formed by students with a common interest and desire to participate in a specific sport or activity. Club sports can best be described as the combining the team elements of varsity athletics with the recreational atmosphere of intramural sports. University Health Services provides all eligible students, faculty and staff non-emergent outpatient care, including examination and treatment for illness and minor injuries, womens healthcare, laboratory, x-ray, physical therapy, pharmacy services and health education.
Kent State University Womens Center exists to facilitate the advancement of and to enhance the quality of educational experience and professional life for women students, faculty and staff of all campuses. The faculty at Kent State do more than beside imparting education. They share, provide, collaborate and participate. They inspire learning, turning students into independent thinkers — and, more importantly, into doers. The University have more than 2,700 full-time and part-time faculty from 6 continents out of which 70% of the faculty have the highest degree in their field and 61% of full-time faculty are tenure-track faculty.
