We will also compare jurisdictions outside of English courts, in the US, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.The course also covers securities regulations, international banking law, international commercial arbitration and mediation law.Your teaching staff are highly qualified and have current experience of international legal practice. Their expertise will inform your studies and help you to identify a relevant topic, that supports your professional goals, for your dissertation.Furthermore, you will have access to an on-site courtroom with laptops and video equipment for judges/advocates, which is ideal for student mooting competitions.
