As a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Human Resource Management student, youll learn how to attract, retain and develop people within an organization. Human Resource (HR) Management is a strategic part of any organization. Finding the right people at the right time can lead to a successful and profitable organization. The BBA Human Resource Management emphasis will provide you with the skills and understanding in HR. Our course delivery is flexible, allowing you to take your classes in the daytime or evening, depending on your schedule. Some of the required Human Resource Management courses are not available through online delivery, therefore, this emphasis cannot be completed online through NAIT.
