If you want to reschedule the appointment, a fee of $60 must be paid. This request must either be made through their ETS online account or the official TOEFL app. Nigerian students preparing for the TOEFL exam can contact their Regional Registration Centre to reschedule or cancel their appointment. Moreover, they cannot make these changes by post, email, or at the test centre itself.

TOEFL Cancellation Fees (TOEFL Refund Policy)
