A 50% refund of the test fee can be received as long as an official cancellation request is filed at least four days before the examination date. This refund only applies to registration fees for the TOEFL exam. Other services such as late fees, rescheduling, reinstatement of cancelled scores and additional score reports are non-refundable. The remaining amount that has been paid will cover expenses related to processing costs and reserving the seating at the test centre.
