This project is aligned with wider research work which focuses on the manufacturing sector and the physical and mental health and wellbeing of workers within that sector whose roles have changed and continue to change, at a rapid pace with the introduction of new technology. This project will investigate the development of a systems approach and analysis of a range of issues and interventions covering all aspects of the workplace environment endeavouring to make a positive impact on overall wellbeing.
