About the course
The Master of Chinese Medicine is designed for practitioners wishing to strengthen their knowledge and better integrate into the health care system. A collaboration between Western and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the centre aims to promote the international recognition and development of Chinese medicine for the benefit of human health. Synergy and integration of high-quality educational resources offering students joint degree programs and student exchange opportunities. High- quality health services, clinical education and clinical research.Multi-point co-operation and sophisticated research. Promoting health and culture to benefit local communities. The clinical stream features significant clinical training, with the opportunity of a placement in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BJUCM) training hospitals, in addition to clinical specialisation workshops. The research stream includes a significant research project which is supported by the National Institute of Complementary Medicine (NICM). The course is delivered via structured, intensive workshops and online resources with self-directed learning between workshops to allow maximum flexibility.
