About the course
The La Trobe Institute for Molecular Science (LIMS) is a world hub for molecular science research, drawing together scientists from various disciplines to tackle contemporary issues and solve global problems. The LIMS facility is used by both students and scientists and has contributed to our 2015 ranking as well above world class (the best possible rating bestowed by the ERA Australian Research Council) for our research in Microbiology, Biochemistry and Cell Biology. The LIMS complex has 56 research and support laboratories, advanced research equipment, a 200-seat auditorium, and over 3,000 square metres of teaching facilities. Around 400 academics, research fellows, postgraduate students and support staff are based at the Institute. LIMS also has a regional node at our Bendigo Campus. This state-of-the-art facility provides Master of Biotechnology Management students with unrivalled access to researchers in the field so you can learn how business skills apply to a real-world laboratory.Intake Months
