Our Drysdale Campus in Hobart is located right in the middle of the CBD, and provides specialist tourism and hospitality training, as well as qualifications in tour guiding and travel. Featuring commercial kitchens, a bakery, barista training rooms and a licensed bar, Drysdale Campus is set up to equip you with the hands-on practical experience you need to be successful in your future career. Drysdale Campus is also home to our training restaurant in Hobart, which is open to the public during term time for lunch and dinner, Thursday night drinks and private bookings for special events. Drysdale Restaurant is the training ground for Tasmania’s future chefs and hospitality staff, and allows our cookery and hospitality students to undertake practical training in a commercial kitchen, preparing and serving a range of delicious food and beverages direct to patrons.
