This qualification provides the skills and knowledge to become competent in a wide range of technologies including installing and administering simple networks, servers, and client desktop systems either as an independent information and communications technology (ICT) specialist or as part of a team. In this course, you’ll gain transferrable skills and knowledge across three specialised areas: Support – develops skills in the advanced use of software applications to provide local and remote application software support, hardware support and administration. Networking – install, configure and manage virtual machines, servers, and small enterprise branch networks.
