The aged care sector is growing in Australia and worldwide and there is demand for workers in a variety of roles within residential facilities, private homes and within the community. Develop the skills, knowledge and hands-on experience to work in both residential aged care and community-based facilities in jobs such as support worker and individual care worker, right through to team leader or support coordinator. You will receive a minimum of 120 unpaid hours of industry experience fully coordinated by CIT. This industry placement will give you the hands-on skills to be ready for employment.
