AboutThe University of Central Lancashire in Preston was founded in 1828 as the Institution for the Diffusion of Knowledge. Today, it is one of the UK’s largest universities. Central Lancashire comprises 20 academic Schools which are supported by their professional services that contribute to the effective running of the University.
