Our Lansdowne Campus is just a few minutes walk away from Bournemouth town centre. Its home to our Faculty of Health & Social Sciences and where youll find the Executive Business Centre (EBC), the facility used by the Faculty of Management to deliver some of its postgraduate courses. You’ll also find several halls of residence in this area, along with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, so everything you need is on your doorstep. The Old Fire Station - the nightclub run by the Students Union at Bournemouth University (SUBU) - is also at Lansdowne. Although Talbot is our main campus, there are still many support services available at Lansdowne, such as the askBU Enquiry drop-in service, the International Admissions Team, the SUBU advice centre, Faith & Reflection Service and our counselling service. Across our buildings youll find many spaces for group or self study, including Boho Lounge in Bournemouth House, the Bournemouth House library and the technobooths in the EBC. There are also cafés and restaurants in Bournemouth House, Studland House and the EBC, where you can grab a drink or some food and relax in between lectures. Travelling between the campuses is easy and it only takes a few minutes, thanks to the bus services provided by the university, as well as other local bus routes. During term time, the university buses depart every 15 minutes to travel between campuses, while they run every hour during the holidays.
