To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be a citizen of India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, South Korea or Taiwan, and not an Australia or New Zealand citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia. Applicants must commence postgraduate study as an international student at the University of Melbourne for the first time in 2023. Applicants should not be in receipt of any other tuition fee remission scholarship or sponsorship which, in combination with the Melbourne Graduate Scholarship, exceeds 100% of tuition fees. Applicants should not have received any other scholarship provided by the Australian Government in the last 2 years. Applicants should have received an offer to study at the Melbourne Graduate School of Education and go on to enroll as a full-time student in the Master of Teaching (Early Childhood), (Primary), (Early Childhood and Primary) or (Secondary).
