This award is offered to degree-seeking Undergraduate students on F-1 visas currently attending the Pullman campus who meet at least 1 of the criteria: Cumulative GPA of 3.60 or above with a minimum of 12 WSU credits, or unusual service to the university or community in the last 2 years, or other extraordinary work or achievement in the last 2 years.

Applicants need to submit International Programs Awards and Scholarship Application (Note: If you meet the 3.6 cumulative GPA and 12 WSU credits criteria, no additional documents are required.) Plus, if claiming extraordinary service or achievement: A personal letter describing your unusual service to the community or extraordinary work or achievement, and Letter of recommendation from an advisor, a professor, or an official program administrator confirming your service or achievement.
