First-time freshmen who are not Missouri residents with a composite ACT score of 24 or better (or SAT equivalent). Full-time enrollment required. Students receiving the Metropolitan Rate or participating in the Midwest Student Exchange Program are not eligible. New transfer students who are not Missouri residents and are transferring at least 24 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better. Full-time enrollment required. Students receiving the Metropolitan Rate or participating in the Midwest Student Exchange Program are not eligible. Recipients must complete a minimum of 24 credit hours between the fall and spring semesters and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better. Renewable for up to three additional years (6 semesters) for freshmen. Renewable for up to two additional years (4 semesters) for transfers.
