In this hands-on programme youll gain the skills required to work in the hairdressing industry. This programme reflects the latest developments in the hairdressing industry. You can take advantage of opportunities and local and national events to see the breadth of work available to skilled stylists. Successful graduates of the programme will be ready to progress to the New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing (Emerging Stylist) or enter the industry as a junior apprentice having completed a proportion of the unit standards required to gain the National Certificate in Hairdressing Practice (Level 4).
