Talk to a counsellorWe want to produce the next generation of sports management professionals. Our course is tailored towards providing you with the knowledge and skills highly sought after by industry employers. Your teaching team include internationally renowned researchers in sport policy, sports law, sports politics, sports marketing and sports business and management and this expertise feeds into your learning. We work closely with key industry organisations across the globe, including the likes of UK Sport, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and FIFA, as well as the local organising committees of the London 2012 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, and the Qatar 2022 World Cup. Furthermore, the University maintains strong links to high profile sports clubs and bodies, such as Manchester United FC and Manchester City FC, the National Football Museum, and the English Institute of Sport.
You must have successfully completed an United Kingdom Bachelor degree (or equivalent overseas qualification) or/with full-time or equivalent, work experience in a relevant industry setting. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you dont meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
