The course is targeted at high-calibre psychology graduates either aspiring towards a career in Occupational Psychology, or aiming to further develop their psychological skills to influence and improve the workplace for people and organisations. This course is all about psychology at work: understanding human behaviour in workplace settings and developing both your knowledge and your ability to apply it to different contexts. You’ll explore key topics such as leadership, motivation, training and development, wellbeing, and psychological assessment to understand the complexities of people, performance, and organisations. You’ll also learn how research and data can give us important insights into these and other areas, to enhance our decision-making.

Our City Campus is typical of Nottingham itself. It’s a place that’s big enough to inspire and compact enough to provide a sense of community; one where our best and proudest traditions sit shoulder to shoulder with new theories, new practice and new possibilities. It’s the same mix of heritage and innovation that sums up the city we love. Our City Campus has it all. Six of our academic schools are based here, as well as an innovative public art gallery, open-working office space for local businesses and an incredible legal advice clinic. Our Newton building is a key feature in the city’s skyline, and from there you can walk to both the Market Square and the Victoria Centre, Nottingham’s main shopping hub, in less than five minutes.
