The MSc Occupational Psychology at NTU has applications across a diverse range of industries and roles: anywhere that people and performance are important. The course is targeted at high-calibre psychology graduates either aspiring towards a career in Occupational Psychology, or aiming to further develop their psychological skills to influence and improve the workplace for people and organisations. This course is all about psychology at work: understanding human behaviour in workplace settings and developing both your knowledge and your ability to apply it to different contexts. You’ll explore key topics such as leadership, motivation, training and development, wellbeing, and psychological assessment to understand the complexities of people, performance, and organisations. You’ll also learn how research and data can give us important insights into these and other areas, to enhance our decision-making.
