The Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) Subject Matter program offers the unique opportunity for students to pursue an initial New Jersey teaching certificate and a Masters degree simultaneously. Two full-time, semester-long clinical internship placements in public schools are also required. Throughout the program, our students are grouped together in a cohort. The M.S.T. program has a limited enrollment of approximately 25 students per year. If you are completing your undergraduate studies at Rowan, you may be able to take up to two program courses using the senior privilege option.
