Develop in-depth research skills relevant to social work. You’ll further your ability to identify insights from data using advanced analysis techniques. During this course, you’ll review and critically evaluate a range of theories, methodologies and paradigms of research that are relevant to social work. With a focus on quantitative and qualitative methods and approaches, you’ll gain the essential skills needed to progress your studies or become a professional social work researcher. Youll enhance your understanding of the techniques used in the analysis of large-scale data and how to effectively present key insights and findings. This course is designed to provide high-quality training to potential doctoral students, as well as essential research skills that are desirable in a number of private and public sector roles.
You must have successfully completed a United Kingdoms Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognized post-secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you dont meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
