M. Des. in Sustainable Design Program offers hands-on learning and expanding critical awareness of current architectural and environmental problems that the region is facing, in order to develop new insights in the area of sustainable design. The program addresses the fundamentals of good built environment in terms of energy flow, environment science and green building design practiced in the region. The intensive program allows graduates to respond more quickly to the urgent need for a greater understanding of sustainability issues in the built environment. The students will be trained in skills of computation, simulation and design guidelines for a sustainable built environment. This unique multi-disciplinary course combines the science of environment, mechanical and electrical engineering and architecture to fulfill the needs of the society. Students will also be studying at the forefront of understanding of sustainable architecture, drawing on the skills and knowledge of in-house experts and external designers, including leading architects from the industry.
