Kinesiology is the scientific study of human body movement. Kinesiology addresses physiological, anatomical, biomechanical, pathological, neuropsychological principles and mechanisms of movement. Adapted physical education is an individualized programme of instruction created for student with disabilities that enables success in physical education. In the context of APE adapt means to adjust or to fit modifications to meet the needs of students.
