Students from Australia are accepted for this course

Today, artists are increasingly being drawn from a range of different disciplines. For those who currently work in the fields of design, science, humanities and new media technologies, studying fine arts offers an exciting extension of their own research interests. The Graduate Diploma in Fine Arts has been designed with this in mind and provides a significant pathway for skilled graduates to undertake new learning, acquire new knowledge and a qualification in fine arts. You’ll be studying with other fine arts students in courses at 200, 300 and 400 level. In the large art studio courses you’ll be supported to work in any media in an interdisciplinary studio environment, including: sculpture, painting, drawing, performance, installation, moving image, photography, printmaking, site-responsive work, curatorial activities, and art writing. Other study could include a range of studio courses that develop your practice further, or critical and contextual studies that helps expand your knowledge of art and design discourse.
