A diploma in interior design focuses on teaching design principles, space management, and color theories. It equips students with drafting skills, proficiency in CAD software, and project administration, paving the way for entry-level positions or further studies.
The Batu Kawan campus brings for the first time an Australian higher education experience to Mainland Penang. Conceptualized as a green campus in a park environment, students are greeted with its generous landscaping and fountains the moment they enter the campus and are ushered into the vibrant educational learning spaces scattered throughout the campus. The design is inspired by the Internet of Things (IOT) evolving learning pedagogy; making learning possible everywhere. The library provides an expansive study environment, bursting with colour, with a variety of study spaces to stimulate innovative thinking, within what undoubtedly will become the hub of the campus. A chill-out lounge is also provided on-campus providing a gymnasium and recreational facilities. Connected to the campus, by a covered walk-way, is Utropolis Batu Kawan which houses the conveniently appointed hostel accommodation, including a swimming pool, another gymnasium, and futsal court.
