Courses explore topics like motivation, group dynamics, communication, conflict and change. As part of the program, youll participate in a number of activities and experiences focused on helping you better understand and develop your own leadership capabilities. The program is intentionally designed so you can focus on the areas of leadership that most interest you, including military, organizational, health services and global leadership.
