Nuclear technology is the wonder of our age, and you’ll discover how it can power our cities and help cure illnesses. You’ll focus on the applications of nuclear physics from energy supply and medicine to propulsion systems and reactor design – all alongside building your core physics knowledge. Getting hands-on and applying your knowledge goes hand in hand with boosting your technical skills and confidence. You’ll get to conduct experiments, lead a year-long project in your final year, apply for a year in the industry and will have the opportunity to volunteer in our research labs.
