Talk to a counsellorYou’ll study the course in one Year with an optional Placement Year at the end. Theres a lot to fit in, so we designed the modules to help you catch up with students on the full three- or four-Year programme. Core modules like Management and Leadership in Hospitality and International Strategic Hospitality and Tourism cover the foundations of the subject. Optional modules like Entrepreneurial Practice or Food Innovation allow you to specialise in an area that interests you. With our experience in the industry, we know that employers are looking for more than just knowledge of the subject. They want candidates who have worked in the sector already. We provide practical opportunities throughout the course where you can get hands-on experience. The end-of-course Placement is a great way to kick-start your career. You’ll learn on the job, and many students get offered a permanent position afterwards.
You must have successfully completed an United Kingdom Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) . Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post- secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you don't meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
