The Rangeland Conservation and Management concentration in the Forest and Rangeland Stewardship major emphasizes interdisciplinary study, research, and management of the worlds rangelands. More specifically, this concentration focuses on the stewardship of rangelands for multiple uses. These uses include both consumptive and non-consumptive activities such as recreation, preservation of wildlife habitat, providing for aesthetic beauty, livestock grazing, and ranching.
