Obtain a keen understanding of the hardware and software used in controls, signal processing, integrated circuits, communication networks, wireless communication, and computer operating systems. Our curriculum will prepare you for a career in industry, government, or further academic study. Gain design experience under the guidance of a faculty advisor, drawing upon knowledge learned in digital control, embedded systems, and other courses. You’ll incorporate engineering standards and practices as defined by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology.Design a system, component, or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability, and sustainability.Understand the larger-scale impact of engineering solutions in global, economic, environmental, and societal contexts.Use techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
You must have successfully completed an United States Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades.Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry.
