The discipline focuses both on understanding complex living systems – via experimental and analytical techniques – and on development of devices, methods and algorithms that advance medical and biological knowledge while improving the effectiveness and delivery of clinical medicine. Biomedical Engineering Program Educational The undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Program Educational Objectives (PEO’s) are that our alumni will be engaged in professional practice as biomedical engineers and/or biomedical scientists in occupational settings involving human health and well-being, will advance in their professional careers, and will engage in professional development, or post-graduate education, to continuing their self-development in biomedical engineering or other related fields
You must have successfully completed an United States Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you dont meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
