The Graphic Design Program offers a 122-credit Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. The primary goal of the curriculum is to educate students to be capable of integrating form and information for the purposes of effective visual communication. The program stresses critical creative and intellectual thinking; awareness of individual, social and cultural issues; the integration of technology, broadly defined; and a concern for ethical development. After completing the Art Foundation Program, students are immersed in design thinking and making through courses in print- and screen-based design, sequential and motion design, and interaction and publication design along with related studio and seminar courses. This degree is also offered by VCUarts in Qatar.
You must have successfully completed the Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades.Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry.
