The Bachelor of Education will give you the best opportunity to settle towards a career as a Primary Teacher where the impact of your work will be on young children and society. This course will develop your leadership and communication skills naturally. You will gain expertise in the course materials and skills to motivate you and your students in the classroom, to understand the ways in which children learn, information about how schools work, and your classroom management skills will develop. . Each student on this course will study various modules in education, specialism and projects, as well as thirty weeks of placement in schools and four weeks in the Gaeltacht. In the last year you will do a school-based research project.
