Talk to a counsellorBuilt on the principles of ˜real world learning, this is the only hotel and hospitality management degree in the UK that is run in direct partnership with a five-star hotel, The Celtic Manor Resort. Our ground-breaking partnership with the Celtic Manor Resort and Welsh Rarebits aims to produce the next generation of hotel and hospitality managers. Through a combination of classroom-based learning and practical experience, youll gain a detailed understanding of every aspect of the hotel business, as well as exposure to the workings of a five-star venue. You will have the opportunity to develop practical and professional skills from the ground up. This includes exposure to industry experts from all areas of the hotel and hospitality industry, through on-job training, interactive workshops and individual coaching sessions. This practical learning is underpinned by theory, so you will also learn about concepts of hospitality operations and management at USW Newport.
You must have successfully completed an United kingdom Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you dont meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
