Talk to a counsellorOn this course you’ll develop a strong foundation in the history of Philosophy and a good basis of contemporary reflections on ethics and religion. From your second Year you’ll concentrate on the specialised themes of philosophy of religion, values and ethics. Youll benefit from a range of expertise from our research-active philosophers and apply this directly to your own learning, which will allow you the opportunity to study a broad range of theories and topics across your three Years of study, from ethics to the nature of divinity. The skills youll learn to be able to think critically and creatively are suited for a wide range of careers, including the civil service and teaching.
You must have successfully completed an United Kingdom Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) . Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post- secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you don't meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
