Talk to a counsellorThis course places language learning within the wider context of French studies including culture, society, literature, film and history. The language units emphasise communicating effectively and developing transferable skills such as translating, interpreting and interview techniques, with practical language classes embracing speaking, listening, reading and writing. Communicating effectively, critical thinking and developing rigorous analytical skills are all valuable skills when you enter the world of work. Youll also learn the theory behind what makes a successful business. We focus heavily on giving you the practical knowledge you’ll need for your career – whether that’s starting your own business or working your way up in a big corporation.
You must have successfully completed an United Kingdom Year 12 (or equivalent senior secondary school qualification) . Equivalent qualifications may also include a recognised post- secondary diploma in the relevant discipline with the required grades. Meeting the minimum academic requirements does not guarantee entry. Your application will still need to be assessed and accepted. If you don't meet the entry requirements, there may be other programs you are eligible for that can lead you to your preferred program.
