The Master of Science (MSc) programme enables you to pursue advanced study in your area of interest with the opportunity to work on independent research. Studying for an MSc is an opportunity for committed scientists to focus on a relevant area of interest or practice and pursue an advanced qualification. While a taught masters will provide you with specialist training in your chosen field, a research masters will develop advanced research skills, working alongside Faculty of Science researchers - many of whom are major contributors in their field. New Zealand has an excellent reputation for winemaking. If you want to be a part of this exciting industry, postgraduate study in Wine Science will give you an understanding of the science of winemaking (oenology) and help prepare you for a career in this field. Open in maps See all courses at this campusOriginally established as the School of Medicine, the Grafton Campus (opposite Auckland Hospital on the boundary of Auckland Domain) houses the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, including a café, health services, and the Philson Library. It is also the home to many of the Unviersity of Auckland clinics. The faculty also has clinical campuses and sites operating out of hospitals across the North Island. Students from clinical programmes may undertake placements at these urban, regional and rural hospitals.
