About the course
The Master of Project Management (Advanced) is designed to provide students with expertise in project management across a range of industries. Students develop the knowledge and skills needed to manage complex, high risk, innovative projects and address resource management, risk management, business analysis and strategy. Units cover a range of practical contexts across the areas of entrepreneurship, management and leadership. The course addresses managing teams, human resource management and organisational behaviour. The course aims to equip students to create and communicate professional project plans that address complex business problems, support organisational change and respond to ethical issues. Students select a specialisation from options including information systems and risk management. The research component allows students to apply and extend their knowledge. The course is ideal for students who wish to focus on a particular area or to progress to a PhD.Intake Months
